Return & Refund Policy

At SnatchyFits, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, we ask that:

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and included accessories are still intact
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is provided

When We’re Happy to Help

We gladly accept returns or offer refunds if the issue was due to an error on our end, including:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received the wrong size compared to what you ordered
  • Your item arrived damaged (video proof provided)

If any of the above happens, don’t worry, we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Situations Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

Because we care about product quality, hygiene, and fairness for all customers, we will be unable to accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • The item is returned without original packaging or tags
  • The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference
  • The wrong size was selected during checkout

How to Request a Return

Getting help is easy.

Simply email us at support@snatchyfits.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Return Shipping

If the issue was caused by us, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
